A Creative Drink

The other day while I was thumbing through a recipe book, I started looking at different types of drinks.  As I was looking, I came across a page on blooming tea.  This is a really neat drink to make, not only just to go with oriental dishes.  Tea leaves and flowers are tied together and then allowed to steep.  As they do so, the bundle expands and resembles a blooming flower.  I tried to do this on my own and it wasn’t as pretty on the first attempt but I will keep trying.  I have already invited friends over for an oriental dinner and I think this will be a hit!
