Terrible timing
March 26, 2009 5:20 am HomeI can’t believe it, this is the worst possible time of year to break a leg! Spring has come, the sun is shining and I want to get out and about and I’m stuck hobbling around on crutches for weeks on end. And I don’t even want to think about what’s happening (or not happening) out in the garden. There’s no way I can manage the spring tilling and planting this year, so the garden will have to fend for itself for a little while.I did send DH out to sow the bare patches with a green manure. That should keep the weeds down and keep the soil in good condition until I can get out there again. It’s not fair though! I wanna play outside.
