Choosing the Right Round Bathtub Shower

My wife and I are in the middle of making plans to upgrade our master bathroom and are having a hard time choosing the tub we will install.  We really want a round bathtub so we can soak after we return from the gym, but we also need a shower.  We have pretty much decided to install a round bathtub shower, but we aren’t sure which kind we want.  I am not sure whether to go with a hand shower faucet in a round bathtub, or to choose a shower module.  I am finding they are not that easy to find, but they are available.
