Yes, You Can Adjust Your Own Back

9:30 pm Health

A lot of people ask me how to adjust your own back. It took me several years to learn how to do just that. It started when I had back pain so bad that I could barely walk. I went to a chiropractor, and got adjusted, but it didn’t even last a day. And, he wanted to see me again and again. Guess he wanted me to pay off his student loads! What I did though was pay attention to where he adjusted with his chiropractic tool, the activator. As a result I was able to apply pressure to these areas and move which allowed the adjustment.
