What’s Your Style?
September 28, 2009 2:30 am HealthI’ve always shied away from leadership roles but know the time will come when I have to step up to the plate and be a leader. What will style be? Personal Leadership Style is something that varies from person to person. And one quality doesn’t necessarily make a better leader than another. It also depends on who you have working for you and what type of style they respond the best to. Some people need a lot of babysitting and hand holding. And others need a leader that will just let them work at their own pace. Meshing your style with your staff is key.
