Triangle Pose to Stretch Higher

The triangle pose is a height increase exercise that stretches the back and improves balance: Stand with distance between the feet twice the width of your hips, feet parallel to each other. Rotate the left foot by 90 degrees to the left and the right foot by 45 degrees to the left. Breathe in and raise the arms parallel to the floor. Breathe out, look left towards the fingers. Stretch and bend over at the hips to the left. Touch your left hand to the inside of the left calf as you raise your right hand towards the sky. Now look at the fingers of the right hand and hold the position for several breaths. Breathe in and come up. Breathe out and lower the arms. Relax. Repeat on the other side.
