Looking for Symptoms for Genital Warts? They Might Take a While

6:14 am Health

Just because you do not see any visible signs and symptoms of genital warts does not mean you are not infected. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), the virus that causes genital warts, sometimes does not immediately manifest itself. This is because genital warts go through an incubation stage. This incubation period may take a while and it varies from person to person. It may take days, weeks, months and even years to see visible symptoms, thus hindering the early detection of genital warts. I urge you to do some further reading on the subject to protect yourself and, in case you are already infected, to learn of treatments for genital warts.
