Joe Finds Relief From Back Pain
September 28, 2008 9:13 pm HealthMy next door neighbor Joe has found a safe effective way to relieve his pain caused by a condition he has known as degenerative back arthritis.
He does 2 things in particular to manage his condition. He goes to our neighbor Tom’s swimming pool each day & does a series of physical therapy movements in the water.
Then after he has gotten out of the pool, he goes across the street to Sally Chandler’s massage therapy clinic.
There, Sally works on Joe’s back for a half an hour to an hour, depending on the level of his pain & stiffness.
