Be organic OR have additives
October 6, 2008 11:22 am HealthAll of us know the additives which added to our food while growing, like pesticides and toxins, and after growing, like colorful ingredients, all of these additives have their useful and harmful functions with foods that consumers often have. Some additives could be eliminated if we were willing to grow our own food, harvest and grind it; I think we would spend many hours doing that. That’s beside the normal operations of cooking and canning. Otherwise, we have to accept increased risks of food spoilage. But most consumers today rely on the many technological, aesthetic and convenient benefits that additives provide.
