I Wish They Still Played as Many Music Videos as They Used To.

I always used to love watching the music stations on tv because they used to play tons of music videos. In fact that is all that they played. Now it seems like it is almost impossible to find one let alone several at once. You either have to get up really early or watch on the weekends to see any. I do find that the country station still plays country music videos more often than the others though so I usually have it tuned into that station. I guess since country music is one of my favorite genres that it is good that this is the station that plays the most in my opinion.

The future of hip hop music

What is the future for hip hop lyrics? Many think that in less than 25 years, the hip hop genre will no longer be what it is today. Understanding where hip hop is headed is better when you understand from whence it came. One of the biggest misconceptions about hip hop is that it is a youth culture. However, hip hop originated nearly 30 years ago with young men who rapped about the social problems of their day. Today, the hip hop artists rap about their lives and what is important to them. Tomorrow will be no different. Hopefully, the future generations will not have to face poverty, discrimination, and injustice like the generations before. But, they will certainly rap about whatever is important to them during that time.

My blues band came on line.

If learning to play a guitar is the first step,  then practice is the second.  I have been doing both for over a year now and think I am pretty good when playing blues guitar alone in my room.  I know it is time to come out of my room and move on to the third step of playing with a group but I seem to be the only one around that is interested in blues. 50 blues backing tracks has come to my rescue.  Once I found it,  I was able to download it immediately and now have my back up group whenever I need it.

The oldest harp was said to be found somewhere in Egypt. The folk harp has come a long way to be adored by the people of the modern period. The harp is connected with King David in the story of the Bible. The harp continues to amaze the people.
