Silver cufflinks are the best

Every special occasion calls for cufflinks and my husband was not quite enthusiastic about it. I have to actually force him into a tux to go to a party and he absolutely refused to wear cufflinks. But he couldn’t refuse when I finally bought silver cufflinks that were engraved with his initials. When he wore it for the first time to his work place, he received so much positive comments that he wore it again and again and now its almost become a habit to wear his engraved cufflinks to work. Learning How to Play the Blues

A couple of years ago my wife and I went out and bought ourselves guitars.  We had a really good time learning to play together and still play once in awhile.  My wife is a nurse and works shipped work which makes it difficult to spend too much time together.  As a result of her crazy schedule she has quit playing and I have been playing more than ever.  I need something to occupy my final issues at work.  I’ve decided that I’m going to expand my horizons a little bit.  I have found some lessons and in going to learn how to play blues guitar no matter how long it takes.

Wanting To Buy Guitars Online?

I have this friend who has been bugging me for a while to teach her how to play guitar.  It’s not that I don’t want to teach her, it’s just that I don’t think she is serious enough to learn.  However, I told her that if she gets a guitar then I will teach her. I even told her that if she wanted a cheap guitar then she would buy guitars online. She took my advice and got a guitar last week.  I am now scheduled to teach her some basic chords starting this week.  I am glad that she took my advice. 

Worst Music Video Ever

There’s no accounting for some people’s taste. Gary sent me a link to this music video and I can’t believe that it’s taking up bandwidth. Not only do the musicians (and I use that word with a deep sense of irony) have no skill, but the song itself is the most shallow thing I’ve ever heard.

Other than that it’s just a bunch of club sequences. Guys with their hats on sideways and girls with flimsy clothing hanging all over them. I’m really not sure if Gary is in to this kind of stuff or if he sent me the link just to be annoying.

Well, I have learned that one should have the best sytsem there is so as not to waste money and time to ineffective and costly lessons. If a music teacher works for you, then you should stick to it. If online tutorials affect your learning more, then you should stick with it.

 One cannot learn by just reading an excerpt from a book. You need someone or something that will show you how to properly do it and what you did that went wrong. One nedds something deeper that will give inspiration as well as lessons to learn the violin.
