Offline – often you can come up with ideas such as signs at busy street corners, business cards with your Url on them, or ads in newspapers and magazines
Fan Clubs – Find online forums and fan clubs in your niche to buy banner ads on
Email Lists - There are thousands of marketers with huge lists. Offer them some cash if they have a list targeted to your niche. Often times they will sell for much less then the ad is actually worth to you.
