When my wife and I got married a little over 15 years ago, we were so blinded by emotion that we left our financial brians at the chapel.

(Well at least I did).

Nevertheless, the biggest challenge for us was for me to secure some type of stable emloyment (I left my previous job to move west with my wife) and begin forging this new life ahead of us.

Looking back on those times is truly enlightening because there was so, so much we didn’t know.
