There are plenty of software programs for non-linear editing that amateurs and professionals alike can use. Adobe has its rather expensive Premier editing software. Another brand that has proved very popular with consumers is Apple’s Final Cut Pro. Even Hollywood editors use it. It is rather easier to use than other models and has lots of very useful features. However, if you are new to the system, you will find it difficult and will need time to become efficient in using it. But it pays to invest time in this software as the rewards are great. If you are serious in becoming a good video or film editor, you should persevere even if frustrates you in the beginning.
